ILCENTRIC Set | Laser Alignment Visible
The OptoAlignment LAS (Laser Alignment Sensor) module also fully integrates to the ILCENTRIC series machines
to automatically determine the vector orientation of the optical axis of a lens or a lens stack. Different
from the autocollimator, a focused laser beam is used for measurement allowing for high power and constant
performance in measuring difficult lens set-ups. The LAS allows for confocal as well as normal measurement of
optics, making this tool unique to characterize meniscus lenses with short distances of center of curvatures.
The LAS functionality is fully covered by the ILCAM software package to program optical recipes, to analyze
measurement data and to program mechanical dimensions. This is the basis for straight forward and efficient
operator training.
ILCENTRIC Set | Laser Alignment IR & Visible
With an additional laser at 4.05 nm wavelength, the visible LAS (Laser Alignment Sensor) system can be
extended to the worldwide only metrology platform to fully characterize infrared lenses. The laser light is
transmitted through the lens or lens stack to measure the offset of each individual surface. Characterize and
center turn lenses made out of Germanium, Zinc Selenide or Silicon just to name possible IR materials.
