NanoGrip Retrofit dynamic

The basic idea of sub-micron interfacing in diamond turning is to efficiently merge high precision pre-machining with ultra-precision optical finishing. If pre-machining takes place on a lathe with a rotating work piece, we supply the NanoGrip retrofit dynamic. It interfaces to any lathe for introducing the accuracy and performance of the NanoGrip clamping technology. For releasing the chuck, a special valve construction operated with an adapted standard air gun is sufficient. There is no need for extending the standard functionality of the pre-machining lathe.
