NanoGrip Flex

The NanoGrip Flex-series mechanically clamps the outer diameter of a part to machine. Soft aluminum jaws are machinable by diamond turning to allow for smallest tolerances. The diameter or even the back side of a non-flat part can be exactly machined into the jaws. Different base diameters are available to adapt to individual workpieces.

The basic unit applies the clamping force by tightening a threaded ring. It is suited for small series, or induvial parts.

The NanoGrip Flex Integrated-series is a spring loaded device to precisely and repeatably clamp parts in higher quantities. The release can be automated through the pressured air feed through of the spindle.
