IL series machines are based on NanoGrip interfacing. Exchanging a tool tower with submicron repeatability is
a matter of 10th of seconds. Next to the geometrical accuracy, ultimate stiffness is characteristic for the
NanoGrip interface. This allows for pre-tool alignment prior to approaching the ultra-precision machine, it
allows for combining different tool tower designs to access difficult to cut parts or it allows to introduce
additional sensors, artefacts or fixtures individually designed for special projects. The NanoGrip interfacing
will shorten the down time of your machine to effectively use it for it´s purpose – diamond cutting of
ultra-precise surfaces.
We offer numerous standard tool towers for standard cutting, multi-tool cutting, barrel cutting, D-Cut
machining and many others. We also support to design new, individualized tool holders with the NanoGrip
interfacing to realize your special application.
