Various vacuum chucks with a NanoGrip interface for flexible, ultra-precise mounting of sensitive parts are
available as a standard. With an integrated vacuum feed through channel the NanoGrip clamping system allows
for the use of the vacuum chuck directly after mounting.
Available diameters are 150 mm and 200 mm as well as custom designs made out of POM
polymer material for individual support.
